Global Family Travels’ tours are educational programs which provide participants with a deep understanding of the history and traditions of the community abroad, via pre-trip learning, in-country cultural and historical tours, service learning, homestays and service work with host community schools.

WORK ~ volunteer service and education

Working to better the communities we visit, Global Family Travels will match you and your family’s skills and interests with the volunteer needs and opportunities available in communities we visit.  Family members work side-by-side with local community members on a service project and gain new insight and perspectives into the local culture and themselves.

LIVE ~ cultural immersion

As part of Global Family Travels’ home-stay program, you and your family will become immersed in the culture of the host community we visit.  Families will have the chance to experience “3 days in the life” of a host family.
